The chalet Rytola
Renovation and extension of a old 20th century Chamonian farmhouse, The Rytola chalet is divided into two apartments with an amazing view of the Mont Blanc massif. In addition, a 400m² basement was dug to accommodate 2 garages, a ski room and a laundry room.
Specificity of the project:
-A 4m sub-piece under the adjacent farm wall.
-Throughout the work, the volume of the house was kept.
-Concrete roofing
Area: About 405 m² of living space + 400m² of basement
Main building materials: concrete, wood
