Works Supervisor (M/F)

Our multilingual team expresses itself through various architectural projects for an international and local clientele. We invite our clients to participate in the design of their project from the first sketches to the final realization.
We are looking for a Works Supervisor to strengthen the Engineering and Project Management department currently in place.
Assignments:
Woman / Man in the field, you are responsible for the operational coordination of several projects. You ensure coordination between all participants: customers, architects, design offices, security coordinators (SPS), companies and subcontractors of various trades.
As part of your duties, you carry out the following assignments:
- You ensure technical preparation and supervision, from the study of the file to the completion of the works.
- You oversee all stages of the construction site during the study phase, throughout construction (structural and finishing works) and until to snagging process.
- You are responsible for the budget and ensuring its compliance with customers and companies.
- You are in charge of planning the work, monitoring progress and meeting deadlines.
- You lead site meetings and provide weekly progress reports.
- You work in close relation with the Construction economists and may be required to assist them in certain tasks. (estimates, bidding documents for companies, requests for proposals, etc.)

Excellent level of English: written and oral, ideally bilingual

Job experience:
Bac + 2/3 level: BTS-DUT: Civil Engineering / Construction or Professional field experience
Minimum 2 years of experience desired in a similar position
